Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Changes to Bookings

If you need to change your booking date or pickup location, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation by Hurghada Tours

If Hurghada Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund.
Rescheduling to another available date.
An alternative tour of similar value.

3. Force Majeure

Hurghada Tours is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events. Whenever possible, we will work with customers to arrange an alternative date or suitable solution.
